Sourced solely from Lonestar Creek Vineyard, Upper Yarra Valley. C Block is yellow duplex soil.

Total crush: 108 dozen – Crushed, pressed & cooled at receival, barrel primary and random natural malolactic fermentation.
Indigenous yeast.
Maturation: nine months on lees in new (18%) and used French Barrique (225l)
